How P.U.R.T.® Works to Eliminate Odors & Stains

1. Inspect the damage to get a feel for what we’re up against and perform an initial rinse.
2. We’ll pull back the carpet in some cases to see if the urine has soaked through the pad. Typically, this is the worst-case scenario.*
3. The pad is removed and replaced where needed.*
4. Depending on the severity of the odor, odor-blocking shellac is applied.*
5. P.U.R.T.® is heavily applied to the tack strip, sub floor, baseboards, and carpet backing. This product is heavily applied enough to dampen all areas affected by the urine.*
6. Over the next 24-36 hours, the ingredients in P.U.R.T.® react with the urine, and break down the odor-causing components.
