Customer Reviews

Jim provided exceptional service, accommodated my schedule, was kind and courteous, his customer service was on point, and I would highly recommend him. He was able to meticulously care for the stains efficiently and I will call him for all of my needs. I’ve used many carpet cleaners as a REALTOR, and he will always be my go to.

Green Leaf/Chem Dry were consumate professionals! We were very pleased with the results. The person was very knowledgeable about the products that were used, the process of what the work required and provided a fair estimate of the work. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them for cleaning.

I absolutely could not be more pleased with the service provided! I had a horrible stain that kept wicking back when I had tried to clean it myself. I asked him to just please see what he could do with it. He was honest and upfront told me it was an old stain and he wasn’t sure if it would be removed due to the possibility that dirt was wicking up every time. I appreciate his honesty and forthrightness. It’s now been 3 weeks and no stain has r reappeared. He attacked that stain at the same time that he did my living room, absolutely beautiful job. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended to everyone I know that has carpet!

This was not what I had expected and I will explain. I believe most contractors will nickle and dime you to get whatever they can out of you. I’ve had my carpets cleaned before and they seem to just rush through the process, not really caring and I would have to go back and ask them to work on a particular spot. However, the guy (Jim Kilty) who came out to my house from Green Leaf-Chem Dry was incredible, and cost was not as expensive as I had anticipated. As we walked through the house I pointed out a few spots where the carpet had been stained, and wondered if it could be cleaned, and he gave me an honest evaluation of what to expect. His work was thorough with special attention to the corners and edges of the carpeted areas. What also surprised was, he didn’t rush through the process and made sure the results were satisfactory. I was also astonished with the shorter drying time. Needless to say, when the job was complete the carpets looked almost new when they completely dried. I will be using Jim Kilty and his company in the future.

Why does your process dry faster than traditional steam cleaners?

Traditional steam cleaning relies on harsh chemicals and harsh soaps, which take a lot of water to rinse out completely. Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method relies on the power of a carbonated cleaning solution known as The Natural®. This revolutionary cleaning solution doesn’t require the same amount of water to rinse. In fact, we use 80% less water than steam on average. That’s really the key to our success in delivering a fast-drying commercial carpet cleaning service in the Lacey area.

Can you clean carpets in a hotel?

Yes, we can. Hotels are typically full of carpet that need to be deep cleaned in a timely and effective manner. That’s why we’re perfect for a hotel carpet cleaning.
