This was not what I had expected and I will explain. I believe most contractors will nickle and dime you to get whatever they can out of you. I’ve had my carpets cleaned before and they seem to just rush through the process, not really caring and I would have to go back and ask them to work on a particular spot. However, the guy (Jim Kilty) who came out to my house from Green Leaf-Chem Dry was incredible, and cost was not as expensive as I had anticipated. As we walked through the house I pointed out a few spots where the carpet had been stained, and wondered if it could be cleaned, and he gave me an honest evaluation of what to expect. His work was thorough with special attention to the corners and edges of the carpeted areas. What also surprised was, he didn’t rush through the process and made sure the results were satisfactory. I was also astonished with the shorter drying time. Needless to say, when the job was complete the carpets looked almost new when they completely dried. I will be using Jim Kilty and his company in the future.
Jim provided exceptional service, accommodated my schedule, was kind and courteous, his customer service was on point, and I would highly recommend him. He was able to meticulously care for the stains efficiently and I will call him for all of my needs. I’ve used many carpet cleaners as a realtor, and he will always be my go to.
